Integrity Development Services, Corp., doing business as Integrity Property Group ("IPG," "we," "us," or "our") respects the privacy of the clients, property owners, consultants, and visitors we work with. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and who we share it with.

Information We Collect

We collect only the information we need in order to provide land use, entitlement, permit processing, owner's representation, and development consulting services. That includes:

• Contact information you give us, such as your name, company, mailing address, email address, and telephone and mobile numbers.

• Project information you give us, such as property addresses, assessor parcel numbers, plans, reports, agency correspondence, and other project records.

• Billing information needed to invoice you and record payment, such as your billing contact and billing address. We do not store full payment card numbers.

• Basic website information, such as pages visited and general location, collected by standard website analytics.

We collect this information directly from you when you contact us, complete a form, sign an agreement, or send us project material.

How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

• Perform the services you have engaged us to perform.

• Communicate with you about your project, including scheduling, status updates, document requests, agency deadlines, and time sensitive coordination.

• Coordinate with the agencies, consultants, and contractors working on your project, at your direction.

• Prepare and deliver invoices and maintain our business records.

• Meet our legal, tax, and professional obligations.

Who We Share Your Information With

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not rent, trade, or otherwise disclose it for anyone else's marketing purposes. We share information only as follows:

• With government agencies and jurisdictions, when the information is part of a submittal, application, or permit record we are processing on your behalf.

• With the architects, engineers, contractors, attorneys, and other consultants working on your project, when doing so is necessary to advance the work.

• With service providers who support our business operations, such as our accounting, document management, and communications providers, and only to the extent they need the information to perform that service for us.

• When required by law, subpoena, or court order.

Mobile Information and SMS Consent

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All of the exclusions above regarding sharing categories of personal information continue to apply. SMS opt-in consent and telephone numbers collected for SMS purposes are never shared with any third party or affiliate for marketing purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties, and are used only by IPG to communicate with you about your project.

Data Retention and Security

We keep project records for as long as we need them to serve you and to satisfy our legal, tax, and professional record keeping obligations, and we then dispose of them securely. We use commercially reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect the information we hold. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your Choices

You can ask us at any time what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to stop contacting you by a particular method. To opt out of text messages, reply STOP to any message from us. To reach a person, reply HELP or call or text 661-310-2539.

Children

Our services are directed to businesses and property owners. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date above shows when it was last revised.

SMS Terms and Conditions

Program Description

Integrity Development Services, Corp., doing business as Integrity Property Group, sends text messages to clients, property owners, consultants, and project team members who have given us their mobile number and agreed to be contacted by text about their project. Messages are conversational and project specific. They include appointment and meeting confirmations, project status updates, document and information requests, time sensitive coordination such as inspection scheduling and agency deadlines, and notice that an invoice has been issued. We do not send marketing or promotional text messages.

How You Opt In

You opt in by providing your mobile number and checking the SMS consent box on our client authorization form, intake form, or signed engagement agreement. Consent is not a condition of purchase or of any service we provide, and you may decline text messaging and still work with us by phone and email.

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies and depends on the activity on your project.

Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier for details on your plan.

How to Opt Out

You can cancel at any time by replying STOP to any message from us. After you reply STOP, we will send one confirmation message and will not send you further text messages. To rejoin, reply START.
