Mike Ascione is a land use, project management, and government agency advocate guru bringing over 20 years of real estate acquisition, development, and urban planning experience to the team. With an undergraduate degree in Urban Planning, a Master’s Degree in Public Administration, and a California Real Estate license, Mike brings the expertise to understand and manage projects from development feasibility through buildout.

Mike’s experience has enabled him to understand what government agencies expect and has empowered him with the ability to speak and interact with project stakeholders efficiently. Mike’s vast experience and eye for detail across disciplinary lines enable the team to discover and evaluate opportunities and constraints early on and through the project. This focus ensures that projects move quickly and efficiently saving our clients' time and money.

Mike has been responsible for managing and entitling hundreds of commercial and residential projects in both the private and public sectors and has assembled investment portfolios for acquisitions and buildouts. Mike owns and operates Integrity Property Group, LLC, and is a real estate investor. When Mike is not spending time with his family, he can be found guest lecturers at local high schools and universities inspiring future real estate investors and developers.
